We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Whether you ordered a 1920’s flapper dress, an animal costume, or Christmas character outfit, we’ve got you covered!

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship It Back

💰 Refund Celebration!
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Want a different size or style? Exchanges are welcome! Just indicate your preference in your return request. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To keep the celebration safe and hygienic for everyone, we cannot accept returns on:
- Contact Lenses (for obvious health and safety reasons)
- Opened Costume Accessories that affect hygiene
- Custom or Personalized Items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing
